Our Story
Fulcrum was established in late 2016 as a “middleware” solution to solve a data and user engagement issue for a large customer. At the time we were running a marketing agency that was sending over 75 million emails annually, and we saw that our engagement was slipping due to the lack of personalization within our marketing initiatives.
So we developed a solution to capture some basic user data, transformed it into customer personas and started personalizing marketing campaigns. It was incredibly successful, and that was the “ah ha” moment to design and build a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Now five years and two rounds of investment later we have an enterprise grade CDP called Fulcrum SaaS. As they say, Necessity is the Mother of invention!
